President, Certified Horticultural Professional & Certified Landscape Technician
Chris Risalvato
Chris, C&A President, has over three decades of experience in landscaping dating back to 1994. In 2008, he founded C&A and has been instrumental in its growth as Owner and Founder. A graduate of Montreat College with a BS in Bible & Religion and Christian Education, Chris transitioned from a career in the church industry to pursue his passion for landscaping. He is also recognized as a Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association (FNGLA) Certified Horticultural Professional and has been active in his community as a Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship Small Business Executive Program (JMI SBEP) Inaugural Graduate and Tallahassee Chamber Member. His wide range of certifications includes completing online training programs for Wireless Valve Technician and Irrigation Installation Technician through Hunter University.
CFO
Jennifer Risalvato
Jennifer serves as the CFO, leveraging her expertise in developing administrative duties and managing payroll. A dedicated mother of three children, Jennifer plays a crucial role alongside Chris in running and advancing the business and has been by his side for quite a while now. She shares her passion for fitness as a Pure Barre Instructor in her spare time.
General Manager
Tim Sadler
With more than 10 years at C&A Landscape, Tim has grown alongside the company, beginning as a crew member and advancing through leadership roles to become General Manager. His hands-on experience and deep understanding of the landscape industry allow him to effectively lead operations while ensuring clients receive exceptional service and results. Tim is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting his team, and delivering quality work that clients can rely on. A lifelong Florida native from Perry, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, and making memories with his wife and two children.
Office Manager
Terrah Starbuck
Originally from Perry, Florida, Terrah joined C&A Landscape in 2024 as an Office Administrator, bringing 14 years of experience in the administration experience. She plays a key role in supporting daily operations and helping ensure a positive experience for both clients and team members.

Alex Robinette
Alex joined C&A Landscape in 2022 as a crew member and, through hard work and dedication, worked his way up to become an Account Manager. He is committed to providing excellent service and building strong relationships with clients.
